Deni began his parkour journey at the age of 13 in Bulgaria, refining his skills through various gatherings, camps, and workshops. In 2016, he moved to the UK to pursue a professional coaching career.

After starting as a coach at Evolve Parkour, Gym in Manchester, Deni quickly rose to Head Coach and Project Manager. Despite the gym’s eventual closure, Deni continued coaching independently across various locations, hosting classes and workshops for children and adults. During this time, he earned his Parkour UK – Level 1 and ADAPT Level 2 Coach Qualifications, continuously developing his expertise.

In 2021, Deni took the natural next step and founded School of Movement – Free Spirit, a company dedicated to unlocking the full movement potential of its students. His commitment to growth culminated in 2023 when he earned the ADAPT Level 3 Certification, the highest coaching qualification in parkour.

Deni is dedicated to guiding others on their journey to excellence and aspires to develop the next generation of coaches.
